"I got this gun as my first indoor AEG. Mine came with a broken fuse and I had to send it back to evike. That was a real pain. However, this gun performs solidly for its price. The fps is about 310 with .20g bbs and a 9.6v 1600mAh battery. The hop up is terrible I have to reset it after about two hours of play.
-Ok fps
-metal gearbox
-feeds well

-Full polymer(Not a problem)
-RIS is not sturdy
-not a lot of range

All in all I would recommend this gun for beginners would will mostly be playing indoors.

"Essentially, when you're looking at the $150 price point, especially for M4's, you have two options...
1. The "too good to be true"
2. Flat out cheap.

Somehow, this M4 got past either two of these. When I first got it, I had to say it looked a bit odd from the side due to its "unique" area in the front where the flip up sight is located. I later learned you can't easily put a new guard without adjustments. But it wasn't just the aesthetics that bothered me, I had guns that seemed "too good to be true", but this somehow lived to the hype.

The weapon itself is made of polymer, which means it is light, but it's very durable none-the-less. The trigger response felt awkward, but I got accustomed to it, so I assume the reader can too. The fire rate is excellent, enough rail space for all the basics (sights, grips, PEQs, flashlights, and snake switch all can be fitted on at the same time). A lot of the time, if used correctly, the M4 will get you out of a tough situation in CQB due to it being in its natural habitat. If you're outside that area, you will be walking back to respawn a lot. This is obviously what the Evike staff refer to "no gun is perfect". I highly suggest adding a new barrel if you wish to get a little more range, well worth it.

Good for the airsofter on a budget (or a gear jock who spent too much on LBX)
Considering it's CQB oriented, you'll be coughing a bit when you're in open combat
Sometimes the BB's don't go where they should (not straight), but I believe you can fix this with a new barrel or re-working the hop up (good luck on that).

Suggested upgrades: (internal) barrel, battery, trigger (external), anything you need

tl;dr gun doesn't seem good, not true, but it isn't an elite force.

"I bought this gun for my son a couple months ago, we were looking for an M4 with full RIS and polymer body so it wouldnt be too heavy for him. I must say at first glance this gun is great, the polymer doesnt feel cheap. However after using it in a couple of games, it showed some flaws. First it wouldnt fire straight even after adjunting the hopup, we found out after removing the hopup that the nub was missing, how did that happen? who knows. Later it wouldnt fire at all, seems like a screw for the heat-sink on the pistol grip got stripped, so the heat sink does not keep in place the motor.

The front iron-sight seems fragile.

Honestly, did not expect any of this, but then again, you get what you pay. But even for the price i wouldnt recommend this gun. There are better options.

-Light Weight, solid no wobbling.
- Crane Stock,
- Extra RIS with the additional gas-block RIS

- I've had it for 2 months, two severe flaws.
- missing hopup nub
- stripped/damaged heat-sink screw
