My friend bought this yesterday and i'm holding on to it for him and so i decided to take a look at the gun. Cosmetics-wise, the plastic is very sturdy and looks a lot like metal. The top receiver is extremely durable and there is absolutely zero wobble in the gun. Shake as hard as i can, i still cant find any wobble in the entire gun! Now internally its like any other ICS gun split gearbox (YAY!!!), real working forward assist ( resets the gears to starting position) , reinforced steel gears, turbo 3000 motor and so on and on... unfortunately, i have not been able to test its performance due to its new battery system. The crane stock is very unique and feels good, however there is no small type tamiya plug in there as the poor description says. This guns uses a new wireless battery exclusive from ICS which has contact plates in the stock so that the stock can be easily moved without messing up the wires from any conventional wired battery. The new wireless battery has the matching contact plates that slide onto the stocks plates and boom, guns working. Sadly, evike does not sell the battery and the only place that has it in stock is airsplat ( Boooooo...). So all and all, this gun is a steal for the price. You get a quality gun, 2 highcaps (noobs xD), unjamming rod, bbs and vertical grip. Aside from getting the battery, this is great beginners kit and an amazing intermediate players gun. | |
