How do
I pay for the item I won or purchased from MagicClub?
Every auction winner is sent a
confirmation email from MagicClub's. The message is
sent to the email address registered with eBay. This email will
outline the steps to pay for your item. We offer the following different
ways to pay...

After you receive my payment, how long will it take to send out the
item?
For payments made by PayPal, credit
card, or money orders, the items are shipped within 24-48 hours during
weekdays in most cases. For personal check purchases, we will wait up to 10 days for

We use USPS Priority or UPS ground to

What method of shipping do you use?

We will not be able to use a customers personal
shipping account for any order. All shipping costs must be

Can I get my item faster?
Look at our feedback and you will see
many comments saying "Fast Shipping" in them. That is
because we have already setup an efficient process to ship items quickly
to our customers. In many cases we process payments the same day
we receive them and ship out the merchandise the next day or two. With this in mind, the automated process is sometimes much
quicker than if we spend the extra time and money to ship an item
"next day". It is our suggestion that if you want an
item quickly that you rely on our process and pay us as quick as you can
so the warehouse can ship your order out. Please keep in mind that
if you pay by check we will have to hold your order for 10 days before
shipping to assure that it clears.

Can I combine shipping on multiple
quantities or auctions?
Yes, I do give all my buyers a discount
on shipping and handling. This discount is normally $3 per s/h chargers
after the first auction. However, if you don't take this discount, I
normally throw in extra. (If you purchased airsoft, I will throw in free
bbs, if you purchased magic cards I will throw in free cards or
sleeves....ect.)

Do you ship
internationally and what is the cost?
Dear Customer,
S/H this package international will be: (Please email us for the
exact rate and desired method)
(Shipping with regular air parcel, buyer will be fully responsibilities after the package is shipped out as there is no insurance or tracking for this option. Delivery takes about 2
weeks. This method is cheaper.)
OR
(Shipping with Global Express mail, delivery in about a week. It will be insured and tracking will be available.)
We want to be more flexible than other sellers in the U.S. by offering international orders, but
we ask all our buyers to be responsible for their own package after it left my warehouse, so I recommend express mail for highest insurance and fastest delivery time.
We will not be responsible we do not have ways of knowing what your
country's law, regulations and customs are. That is buyer's
responsibility.

What is your return policy?
We guarantee all items to be 100% as
described in their eBay auction. We try to be very clear in our image
and descriptions. Warranty covers "Factory Defect" only so please be
serious with your purchase. We test everything prior to shipping to
ensure you the best shopping experiences. Warranty voids if the product
is altered in anyways, disassembled, skirmished, not in original packaging or in
your possession for more than 7 days so please contact us asap if you
received a factory defect of any type. Please help keep our price low.
For Airsoft toys guns under $60, all sales are final because they are
plastic collectible toys sold as is.
All return requests must be
requested within 7 days after the item is received. We do not
offer "check it out" purchases like K-Mart or Walmart, if you must return a
product for a refund for unique reasons, there is a 25% restocking fee for most items
(fee paid to 3 parties such as paypal, FedEx, UPS, labor, rent...ect).
Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility.

All returns need to be authorized with MagicClub and need a RMA # in
advance before sending back to one of our warehouses.
